David R. Covey, 78, of Williamstown, Vermont, passed away December 4, 2022 at Central Vermont Hospital surrounded by his wife and daughters. Born in Northfield Vermont on July 5, 1944, he was the son of the late John and Hilda (Jerry) Covey. Survivors include his wife, Angeline (Jarvis) Covey of 56 years, his three daughters, Rebecca Manwaring (Shawn Manwaring), Amy Washburn (Barry Washburn), and Heather Matott (Kevin Matott), nine grandchildren and two great granddaughters. He is also survived by siblings, Hillard Covey, Clayton Covey, Randy Covey, Thomas Covey, Kenny Covey, Janice McCormick and Mary Gilbert as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by siblings James Covey, Arnold Covey, Anthony Covey and Lenita Niquette.

A later memorial will be held in the spring, at the convenience of the family for all family and friends.
